An easy to use ready mixed masala paste. Made from a variety of chillies, this spicy marinade is best for barbequed meats.

About Amina's

Established in November 1999, Amina’s Wonder Spice started with humble beginnings, a great idea & very hard work. This husband and wife partnership established a fully-pledged factory, producing 17 different products to date, supplying it nationally throughout South Africa & recently receiving requests from abroad.

Ingredients:
Chili Powder, Crush Chill, Spices (MSG – Flavour Enhancer), Wheat (Gluten), Soya (HVP), Maize (Cereal), Vegetable Oil (TBHQ), Permitted Food Colourants (Paprika, Curcumin 8.5%, Yellow, Blue, Red, Caramel, Chilli Red Lake, Chocolate Brown Lake, Celery, Anticaking Agent), Water, Rehydrated Garlic (Sulphur Dioxide), Fresh Ginger (Sulphur Dioxide), Spirit Vinegar, Lemon Juice (Sulphur Dioxide) Salt. Preservatives: Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate (E211), Sodium Metabisuphite (E223).

 Allergens: Wheat (Gluten), Maize (Cereal), Sulphur Dioxide.


Directions for use:
  • Grilled meat, barbeques, pot roasted chicken
  • To marinate meat which can then be used in a variety of dishes
