Tell us the thickness, trimming and portions you want. We cut fresh to spec — 100% Halal, vacuum-sealed, and kept perfectly chilled in Woolcool® for safe delivery.

Nationwide next working day with DPD/DHL (order before 8 PM Mon–Sat), or local London delivery between 3–8 PM.

Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes — date-selected delivery is available at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

We can’t accept returns on fresh goods. If anything is damaged, missing or warm, we’ll replace or refund — please provide your order number and a photo.

Is my order safe if delayed?

Yes — Woolcool® keeps your box safely chilled up to 72 hours. We’ll check tracking and share the ETA.

Do you offer custom marinades?

No — marinades are available as separate products, not as a bespoke add-on.
