Is the frozen food halal?

The lines that carry Halal in their name state it on the pack: Spicy's nuggets, grills and sausages, Tahira burgers and sausages and Riverside goujons. For Nisa's and Super Chicks, the certification mark and ingredients are on the product page and the pack, so check there for the mark you look for. Our own fresh meat is Certified Halal, with the certificates on the halal certification page, and the marinated chicken and kebab mince made from it are the fresh alternative to a frozen pack.

Which frozen chicken nuggets, goujons and wings do you sell?

In 1kg bags: Spicy's battered chicken nuggets, Spicy's breaded goujons, southern fried popcorn chicken, hot rub coated wings and battered chicken steaks; Riverside breaded goujons; and the Super Chicks range of nuggets, goujons, bite-size chicken, fillet burgers, peri peri strips, shawarma and sizzler wings. They are grouped on the wings, nuggets and strips page.

Which frozen samosas and kebabs do you have?

Nisa's for both. Samosas in chicken, meat and vegetable, 18 to a box, with 40 chicken, 40 meat and 50 vegetable party boxes, plus chicken and vegetable spring rolls. Kebabs: 16 lamb seekh kebab, 18 chicken seekh kebab and 16 mutton shami kebab. The samosas and pastry and seekh and shami kebab pages have the details and the pastry sheets.

What frozen burgers and sausages do you sell?

Tahira chicken burgers and chicken and beef burgers in boxes of 12, a 36 chicken and beef burger catering box, Tahira chicken sausages and chicken frankfurters; Spicy's beef, spicy lamb and spicy chicken grills, and Spicy's mild lamb, spicy lamb, spicy beef and spicy chicken sausages. Buns are on the breads page, and fresh burgers made from our own mince on the burgers and sausages page.

How does frozen food travel with fresh meat?

Frozen packs go into the same Woolcool insulated box as the fresh meat, with ice gel packs that hold the box at 0-4C for up to 72 hours, and they should go straight into the freezer when the box is opened; if a pack has started to soften, cook it rather than refreezing it. DPD delivers Tuesday to Saturday: dispatched the next working day and delivered the day after. Delivery is 6.99 under 60 pounds and free from 60 pounds, with a 15 pound minimum order.
