Storage & Handling

Suitable for Home Freezing: Freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always before the ‘Use By’ date.
Defrosting: Defrost thoroughly for at least 12 hours in the fridge before cooking.
Once defrosted, use on the same day and do not refreeze.
Refrigeration: Keep at 0°C to 4°C.
🚫 Not suitable for cooking from frozen.


Cooking Instructions

Oven Cooking (Best for Roasting & Slow Cooking)

🔥 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4
Cooking Time: 2 hrs 30 mins

For the Lamb Shoulder:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4).
2️⃣ Season the lamb with salt, pepper, and your preferred herbs & spices.
3️⃣ Place in a roasting dish and add garlic, rosemary, and a drizzle of olive oil.
4️⃣ Cover with foil and roast for 2 hours 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
5️⃣ Remove foil in the last 30 minutes for a golden, crispy finish.

For the Roaster Chicken:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 190°C (Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 5).
2️⃣ Season with salt, pepper, and butter under the skin for extra flavor.
3️⃣ Place in a roasting dish and loosely cover with foil.
4️⃣ Roast for 1 hour 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
5️⃣ Remove foil in the last 20 minutes for a crispy golden skin.
6️⃣ Ensure the chicken is cooked through (juices should run clear when pierced).
