Fresh Halal British Lamb Valentine Steak, Prime Cut 1KG
Made From Lamb Loin Cannon (also known as loin fillet) is one half of the loin side of a lamb, boned, with the fell removed, and rolled. It is tender and lean and is considered one of the best cuts of lamb for roasting.
Roast the lamb for 15 minutes, then turn the heat down to 200°C/gas mark 6 and continue roasting for 15 minutes per 500g. (So a 1kg half-leg of lamb will need 30 minutes, 45 in total)

Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated.

Remove all packaging and place fillets in a casserole dish along with your choice of stock and vegetables. Cover and place dish in centre of pre-heated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes until tender.
Oven from frozen
