- Ingredients: 100% Halal Chicken
- Storage: Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always before the 'use by' date. Defrost for at least 48 hours in the refrigerator before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
- Refrigeration: Keep below 4°C. Once opened, use immediately.
Cooking Instructions
Oven Cooking
- Temperature: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6
- Cooking Time: 40 minutes per kg + an additional 20 minutes
- Preparation: Place the chicken crown in a roasting tin, season as desired, and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven.
- Roasting: Baste occasionally. Cover with foil if the breast browns too quickly.
- Tip: Save the cooking juices to make a delicious gravy or to roast potatoes for extra flavour.
