Storage Instructions:
- Keep refrigerated between -2°C and +4°C. Use immediately once opened.
- Do not exceed the use-by date.
- Suitable for home freezing on the day of purchase; use within 1 month.
- Important: Do not refreeze if thawed.
Cooking Guide:
Oven Cooking (from chilled):
- Preheat oven to 190°C (Fan 180°C) or Gas mark 5.
- Remove all packaging and place chicken in a roasting tin. Loosely cover with foil.
- Calculate cooking time as 45 minutes per kilo plus an additional 20-30 minutes.
- Ensure the chicken is fully cooked through and juices run clear when the deepest part is pierced with a skewer. If the juices are pink, cook a few minutes longer and recheck.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
