Storage Instructions:
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and observe the 'use by' date for best quality. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge for at least 12 hours. Once defrosted, consume on the same day and avoid refreezing. Keep refrigerated, and once opened, consume within 1 day.
Cooking Instructions:
Grill
- Temperature: Medium-High
- Instructions: Season chops on both sides. Preheat the grill, then place the chops onto the grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium or 5-6 minutes per side for well done. Remove from grill and let rest on a warm plate for 5 minutes before serving.
Shallow Fry (Pan Fry)
- Temperature: Medium-High
- Instructions: Lightly oil and season both sides of the chops. Heat a heavy-based frying pan on high until smoking. Add chops to the dry pan, sear for 1 minute per side, then reduce heat to medium and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes per side for medium or 4-5 minutes per side for well done. Remove from pan and rest on a warm plate for 5 minutes before serving.

- Not suitable for microwave cooking.
