  • Salt
  • Red Chilli
  • Black Pepper
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Coriander Seeds
  • Aniseed
  • Dry Ginger
  • Citric Acid
  • Black Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Clove
  • Cardamom

To prepare, combine fresh or dried plums with Laziza Plum Chutney Masala, cook until thickened, and enjoy a delicious chutney that adds a burst of flavour to every bite. Perfect for enhancing your favourite snacks or as a unique dip for appetisers.


• Add 2 glasses of water and the contents of Laziza Plum Chutney to a pan and heat on a medium flame for 15-17 minutes stirring frequently.

• Boil for a further 5-7 minutes on a high flame stirring frequently.

If the mixture becomes too thick - add more boiling water as required.
