Storage & Handling

Cooking Instructions

Oven Cooking (Best for Roasting & Slow Cooking)

🔥 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4
⏳ Cooking Time: 2 hrs 30 mins

For the Kid Goat Shoulder:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4).
2️⃣ Season with salt, pepper, and aromatic spices.
3️⃣ Place in a roasting dish with garlic, onions, and herbs.
4️⃣ Cover and roast for 2 hours 30 minutes until tender.

For the Tandoori Chicken:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C (Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6).
2️⃣ Place chicken in a baking tray and drizzle with oil or butter for extra crispiness.
3️⃣ Bake for 35-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
4️⃣ Ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C before serving.
