Cooking Guide

Oven Cooking (From Chilled):

• Preheat oven to 190°C (Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 5).
• Cooking Time: 45 minutes per kilo + 20-30 minutes.
• Preparation:
  • Remove all packaging.
  • Place chicken in a roasting tin and loosely cover with foil.
• Cooking Precautions:
  • Ensure food is piping hot before serving.
  • Poultry is fully cooked when the juices run clear after piercing the thickest part with a skewer. If juices are pink, cook for a few more minutes and recheck.
  • Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage & Safety

• Refrigeration: Keep between -2°C and +4°C.
• Use immediately once opened.
• Freeze on the day of purchase and consume within 1 month.
• Do not refreeze if thawed.
