Cooking Instructions:
- Oven Roasting: Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C for fan ovens, Gas Mark 4). Remove all packaging, place the mutton shank in a casserole dish with your preferred stock and vegetables, cover and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes until tender.
- Note: Not suitable for cooking from frozen or in a microwave.
