Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before use. Once defrosted use on the same day. Do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Once opened use immediately.

Cooking Instructions

Oven

Instructions: 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6 25-30 mins Place on a baking tray in centre of pre-heated oven and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning once.

Oven from frozen

Instructions: Not suitable for cooking from frozen.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking

  • The chicken is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer and piping hot throughout.
  • If the juices are pink, continue cooking until they run clear.
