Cut from premium, grass-fed British cattle and prepared to strict halal standards, the T-bone combines a tender fillet on one side and a richly flavoured striploin on the other, separated by the iconic T-shaped bone.
This versatile cut can be cooked as a thick steak or roasted whole, making it ideal for everything from indulgent steak nights to centrepiece roasts for sharing. Naturally well-marbled and packed with flavour, it offers excellent juiciness whether grilled, pan-seared, or oven-roasted.
About the Cut
The T-Bone is taken from the short loin and is prized for its balance of tenderness and depth of flavour. The bone enhances taste during cooking, while the combination of fillet and striploin makes it perfect for those who want both buttery softness and bold beefiness in one cut.

Cooking Guide
Steak Cooking (600g–1.2kg cuts)
Remove the steak from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
For grilling or pan-searing, cook over high heat for 4–6 minutes per side depending on thickness and preferred doneness. Finish with butter and herbs if desired. Rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
Roasting (2kg+ cuts)
Bring the meat to room temperature, season well, and sear on all sides in a hot pan. Roast in a preheated oven at 220°C (fan 200°C) for the first 20 minutes, then reduce to 180°C (fan 160°C) and continue cooking based on preference:
