Cooking Instructions (Oven – Recommended)

Preheat the oven to 200°C (Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6).

Remove all packaging and giblets.

Place the turkey on a rack in a roasting tin, prick the skin, and season as desired.

Roast for 40 minutes per kg + 10 minutes.

Example for an 8.5 kg turkey: 8.5 × 40 = 340 minutes + 10 = 350 minutes (≈ 5 hours 50 minutes).

Rest for 10–20 minutes before carving for optimal juiciness.

Freezing: Suitable for freezing. Freeze soon after purchase and use within one month.
