Storage Instructions:

• Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase, but always by the "use by" date.
• Defrosting: Defrost thoroughly in the fridge for at least 12 hours. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted, use on the same day and do not refreeze.
• Refrigeration: Once opened, consume within 1 day and by the "use by" date shown.

1. Preparation: Take the veal out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking to allow it to reach room temperature.

2. Seasoning: Rub the veal with salt, pepper, and herbs like rosemary, thyme, or sage. For added depth of flavour, marinate with olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice for 2-4 hours.

3. Cooking:

   • Roasting: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Sear the veal in a hot pan with oil until browned all over. Transfer to the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 60°C for medium-rare. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing thinly.
   • Grilling: Grill the seasoned veal eye round on medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Rest before slicing.
   • Stir-Frying: Slice the veal thinly and quickly stir-fry with vegetables and your favourite sauce for 3-4 minutes on high heat.
