Chicken drumsticks marinated in:
Wheat (gluten) flour (contains calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt, spices, citric acid (E330), flavour enhancer (E621), onion, paprika, lemon flavour, white vinegar, water, sunflower oil.

Cooking Instructions
Grilling / BBQ

Preheat grill/BBQ to medium–high.

Grill drumsticks for 25–30 minutes, turning occasionally until nicely charred.

Optional: brush with extra peri-peri sauce or a little oil in the last few minutes.

Ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
Oven-Baking

Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C) / 400°F.

Place drumsticks on a lined baking tray.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, turning halfway.

For crispier skin, switch to grill mode for the last 5 minutes.

Check they are fully cooked (75°C / 165°F).
Frying

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

Fry drumsticks for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.

Drain on kitchen paper before serving.

Storage Information

Refrigerate (raw): Keep at 0–4°C and use by the “use by” date.
