We use Halal, British chicken flat wings (the prime, meaty part of the wing) and marinate them in-house in a zesty peri-peri blend. Mild–medium in heat, they deliver a juicy, tangy, chilli kick without being overpowering – perfect for families, parties, and game nights.
Ideal for grilling, baking, frying or BBQ, these wings come ready to cook straight from the pack.
Ingredients (Peri-Peri Marinade)
Chicken flat wings marinated in:
Wheat (gluten) flour (contains calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt, spices, citric acid (E330), flavour enhancer (E621), onion, paprika, lemon flavour, white vinegar, water, sunflower oil.

Grill wings for 20–25 minutes, turning every few minutes.

Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C) / 400°F.

Place wings on a lined baking tray.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through (75°C / 165°F).

For extra crispiness, switch to grill mode for the last 5 minutes.
Frying

Heat oil to medium heat.

Fry in batches for 8–10 minutes until golden and fully cooked.

Drain on kitchen paper before serving.
