Cooking Instructions

Grilling / BBQ

• Preheat grill/BBQ to medium–high.

• Cook thigh steaks for 6–8 minutes per side, depending on thickness.

• Ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

Pan-Frying

• Heat a little oil in a pan over medium–high heat.

• Cook for 5–7 minutes per side, until nicely browned and cooked through (75°C / 165°F).

Oven-Roasting

• Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C) / 400°F.

• Place steaks on a lined tray.

• Roast for 18–20 minutes, turning once halfway through.

Air Fryer

• Preheat to 200°C.

• Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping or shaking halfway, until fully cooked.

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing or serving.

• Shish / Plate: Serve with rice, chips, salad, grilled veg and yoghurt or garlic sauce

• Burgers & Wraps: Use a whole thigh steak in a bun, naan or wrap with salad and sauce

Storage Information

• Refrigeration: Store at 0–5°C and use by the “use by” date on the pack.

• Freezing: Suitable for freezing in airtight containers or bags; use within 3 months.

• Defrost: Thaw in the fridge overnight and cook thoroughly. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
