Lamb back chops marinated in:
Water, white vinegar, salt, spices (cumin, turmeric, black pepper, black/green cardamom, coriander), garlic paste, ginger paste, maize, garam masala (spice mix), chilli powder, crushed chilli, sugar, soya (hydrogenated vegetable protein), concentrated lemon juice (contains sulphur dioxide), flavourings: hydrolysed vegetable protein (soya), paprika, celery, flavour enhancer (E631, E627), acids/preservatives: citric acid (E330), preservatives (E211, E223), antioxidant TBHQ, colourants: permitted food colourants (paprika, curcumin, yellow, blue, red, caramel, chilli red lake, chocolate brown lake), vegetable oil, sunflower oil, tomato paste, mustard, wheat (gluten).

Soya, Wheat (Gluten), Mustard, Celery, Sulphur Dioxide.

Prep
Remove chops from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking.
Already seasoned – no extra spices needed.
Optional: light brush of oil and a squeeze of lemon for extra colour and flavour.
Grill / BBQ
Preheat to medium–high and lightly oil the grates.
Cook for around 4–5 minutes per side for medium doneness (adjust to taste).
Rest for 3–5 minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
Pan-Fry
Heat a little oil in a heavy pan over medium–high heat.
Fry for 4–5 minutes per side, basting with the pan juices.
Rest briefly before serving.
Oven-Roast
Preheat oven to 190°C (fan 170°C) / 375°F.
Place on a baking tray and roast for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway.
For a crisp, golden edge, finish under a hot grill for 2–3 minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh rosemary or mint and a squeeze of lemon.

Roasted vegetables or grilled peppers
Couscous, spiced rice, pilau or buttered mash
A side of mint or cucumber yoghurt or tzatziki-style dip
Refrigeration: Keep chilled at 0–4°C and use by the date shown on the label. Once opened, cook within 24 hours.
Freezing: Wrap each chop individually and place in a freezer-safe bag or container. Freeze for up to 3 months.
Defrosting: Thaw overnight in the fridge before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
