Cook in the oven at:

• 190°C

• Fan 180°C

• Gas Mark 5

Timing:
45 minutes per kilo + 20–30 minutes

Method:

1. Place burgers on a tray or roasting tin.

2. Cover loosely with foil and cook in centre of oven.

3. Remove foil for last 30 minutes to crisp up.

4. Ensure food is piping hot throughout.

5. Juices must run clear when pierced.
