Skinless whole chicken marinated in a tandoori-style seasoning containing:
Ground coriander, iodised salt, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, sugar, ground chilli, lemon juice powder, ground celery, ground cardamom, garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper, ground ginger, ground bay leaves, acidity regulator (E330), ground clove, ground fenugreek, natural colours (E160c & E100), natural lemon flavour.

Cooking Guide (From Chilled)
Oven-Roasting

Preheat oven to 190°C (fan 180°C) / Gas 5.

Remove all packaging.

Calculate cooking time: approx. 45 minutes per kilo + 20–30 minutes.

Place the chicken in a roasting tin and loosely cover with foil.

Roast in the centre of the oven.

Remove foil about 30 minutes before the end of cooking for a deeper colour and slight char.

Check the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F) and the juices run clear when pierced.
Not suitable for microwave cooking. Appliances vary – ensure food is piping hot throughout before serving.
