Preparation and Safety
Cooking instructions: Hob
To cook on the hob. Before cooking: Place 50g rice flakes in a saucepan and add 250ml of water or 200ml semi-skimmed milk or milk free alternative. During cooking: Bring to the boil and simmer. To cook on the hob- Moderate heat 3-5 mins After cooking: Add sugar or salt to taste. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. This is a guide only.
