Ingredients

Beef Sirloin: 1 lb. or 450gm, nicely cut into cubes

Lamb Leg: 1 lb. or 450gm, nicely cut into cubes
- Olive Oil: 60ml or 1/4 standard cup

lemon juice - 60ml or 1/4 standard cup

Garlic - 4 cloves properly minced

Paprika: 1 tbsp. or 15gm paprika

Ground Cumin: 1 tbsp. or 15 gm

Ground coriander: 1 tbsp. or 5gm
- Dried Oregano: 1 or 5 gm

Salt and pepper: According- to your own taste
- Fresh parsley: For garnishing
yogurt: 1 cup (250g)

Cucumber, grated and drained: ½

Garlic: 2 cloves, properly minced

Lemon juice: 1 tbsp. or 15ml

Tzatziki Sauce:
Directions
Beef and Lamb Kebabs
Take a large bowl and put olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, dried oregano, salt, and pepper, and mix well to create the marinade.
Then add diced beef and lamb to the marinade, ensuring all meat is well marinated. Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours, or overnight to get the best results.
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated beef and lamb cubes onto the skewers, placing alternately between two meats (Lamb and Beef).
Grill or place the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until kebabs are cooked perfectly or according tour own taste and style.
Tzatziki Sauce
Prepare the Tzatziki sauce by mixing and combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Mix well and garnish it with fresh dill. Serve the beef and lamb kebabs with a side of Tzatziki sauce. And Enjoy the special western cuisine.
