Storage Instructions

- Defrosting: Thaw in the fridge for a minimum of 12 hours and use on the same day. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Oven Cooking: Preheat oven to 180°C (Fan 160°C, Gas 4).
- Preparation: Place flour in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and coat meat cubes, shaking off excess flour.
- Browning: Heat oil in a large pan until hot, then brown the cubes for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Casserole Dish: Transfer browned meat to a casserole dish, add vegetables and stock, cover, and cook in the center of the oven for 2 hours 30 minutes or until tender.
Microwave Cooking: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
