We’ll cut your Wagyu into steaks for you – simply select your preferred steak size from the dropdown menu.

💡 Each steak is vacuum-packed for freshness and convenience.
Pan-Seared (Recommended for best crust):
Let steak rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
Season with salt (optional: black pepper, garlic powder).
Preheat a heavy pan or skillet on high heat.
Sear each side for 2–3 minutes (medium-rare), or longer for desired doneness.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Grill:
Preheat grill to high.
Lightly oil grill grates.
Grill steak 3–4 mins each side (medium-rare).
Rest before slicing.
