General Information
- For best results remove from refrigerator for up to 20 minutes prior to cooking.
- To Seal the Meat Raw/undercooked meat may contain harmful bacteria that may cause food poisoning. Always wash hands, chopping boards and utensils after contact with raw meat. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.

Oven cook
From Chilled: 160°C / 325°F / Fan 150°C / Gas 3 / 1 1/2-2 Hrs
Once browned all over transfer to an ovenproof dish. Add stock, cover and cook in the oven. Alternatively you can cook on the hob for 1 1/2-2 hours.
Shallow Fry
From Chilled: Medium to High/1-2 Mins
Preheat oven. Add a little oil to a hot frying pan and brown the meat over a medium to high heat. This will seal the meat and lock in its flavour and juices.
Storage
Keep refrigerated at -2°C to +4°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the Use By date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze before date mark and consume within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking and use within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
