Description

Lamb trotters may be prepared by boiling, broiling, frying, or parboiling and then stewing them. These methods are commonly used when cooking Fresh Halal Lamb Paya, Lamb Trotters to create various dishes.

Cooking Instructions: Oven cook (from chilled) at a temperature of 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 5 for 45 minutes per kilo plus an additional 20-30 minutes. Place the chicken in a roasting tin and loosely cover with foil, then cook in the center of a pre-heated oven. Remove the foil approximately 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time. All appliances vary, so these guidelines should be followed closely. Check to ensure the food is piping hot throughout before serving and that the juices run clear when pierced with a thin skewer. If they are still pink, continue cooking for a few minutes and retest. Refrigerate between -2°C and +4°C; once opened, consume immediately and do not exceed the use by date.

Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month.
Important: If the food has thawed, do not refreeze.
