The meat is boneless and skinless, making it easier to prepare and cook. As a result, the meat is also lower in fat compared to meat that includes skin. The chicken is of high quality and is carefully selected to ensure that it meets the necessary standards.
Note that the product weight is approximate as weight is lost once cut from the whole chicken with skin.

Follow the cooking guide which suggests oven cooking (from chilled) for 45 mins per kilo + 20-30 mins at 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 5. Remove all packaging, place chicken in a roasting tin, and loosely cover with foil.
Cooking precautions should be taken as all appliances vary and the guideline is only to check if food is piping hot throughout before serving. Poultry is cooked if the juices run clear when the deepest part of the flesh is pierced with a thin skewer. If they are pink, continue cooking for a few minutes and retest. The product is not suitable for microwave cooking.
The product contains raw meat and bones, so caution is advised. Keep the product refrigerated between -2°C and +4°C. Once opened use immediately. Do not exceed the use by date. Freeze on the day of purchase and use within 1 month. If the food has thawed, do not refreeze.
