Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Red Chilli, Amchur (dried mango powder), and other spices.
Preparation and Usage:

Ingredients Needed:
- 400g canned or cooked chickpeas (or 200g dried chickpeas, soaked and boiled)
- 2-3 tablespoons MDH Chana Masala
- 2-3 tablespoons oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup tomato puree
- Optional: chopped fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in the MDH Chana Masala and cook for a minute to release the spices' aromas.
- Add the tomato puree and simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the mixture to thicken.
- Add the chickpeas and mix well. If using dried chickpeas, add a little water to adjust the consistency.
- Simmer for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
