Cooking Guide: Riverside Halal Breaded Chicken Strips - Goujons are versatile and can be cooked using various methods to suit your preference.
- Oven Cooking: Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C for fan-assisted ovens) or 400°F. Place the chicken goujons on a baking tray and cook for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
- Deep Frying: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pan to 180°C. Carefully add the goujons and fry for 4-5 minutes or until they are golden and crisp, ensuring they are cooked all the way through.
- Pan Frying: Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken goujons for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Ingredients: Halal Chicken Breast (65%), Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast), Wheat Flour, Palm Oil, Salt, Spices, Natural Flavourings.
Storage: Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. For best results, consume within 3 months of freezing.
Preparation: Frozen and ready to cook. Follow the recommended cooking methods for best results. Ensure the goujons are cooked thoroughly to an internal temperature of 75°C before serving. Perfect for a quick meal or snack.
