Shan Paya Masala Mix 50g
Short Description
Make proper, slow-cooked Paya curry at home with Shan’s deep, aromatic spice blend. Designed for rich, hearty gravy that clings to tender beef or lamb trotters—perfect for brunch-style comfort food with naan or parathas.
Full Description
Shan Paya Masala Mix is made for authentic, old-school paya—rich, warming, and full of character. This expertly balanced blend brings out the deep flavours of traditional paya with fragrant coriander and cumin, warmth from turmeric, a kick of red chilli, and classic whole spices like cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom—rounded off with garam masala.
Use it to create a thick, flavour-packed gravy that coats beautifully around slow-cooked beef or lamb trotters. Whether you prefer your paya as a rich stew to scoop up with naan, or slightly thinner and more soupy to enjoy in a bowl with lemon and fresh coriander, this mix helps you achieve that authentic taste without needing loads of individual spices.
