Excellent quality meat. There are usually hiccups with orders, but they are quick to rectify.
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL quality. So so so tasty. Only reason it lost a star is it included the sternum (centre vertical rib) bone connecting all the chops together which meant I couldn't cut the rack into individual chops after cooking and serve as individual portions (I had to cut the meat off the bones completely before serving which was a pity). Still an absolutely beautiful meal! I'd purchase again, would just prefer if it was possible to exclude the sternum bone in the cut so I could serve the ribs individually ❤️
