Fresh Halal Turkey Drumsticks are the lower leg of the bird, sold bone-in with skin-on or skin-off options and prized for slow-cooked curries and stews. Certified Halal, every bird is slaughtered by the non-stunned method, Antibiotic-free and Growth hormone-free. Available whole, halved, quartered or diced, and packed at 1KG, 2KG or 4KG.
Cuts, finish and pack sizes
Drumsticks are sold whole, halved (2 piece), quartered (4 piece), or diced small at 20-25g or very small at 10-15g for curry-ready pieces. Choose skin-on for roasting and grilling or skin-off for curries and stews. With cut, skin and pack options to combine, packs run from 1KG up to 4KG.
How much to order
Bone-in turkey drumstick typically allows around 350g per serving, so a 1KG pack covers 2-3 people and a 2KG pack around 5-6. The 4KG pack stretches to 10-12 servings, useful for a curry sized for a crowd.
Is this the same as a whole turkey leg?
No, this is the drumstick alone, not a whole leg with the thigh attached. "Whole" here means one uncut drumstick, sold skin-on or skin-off alongside halved, quartered and diced formats in 1KG to 4KG packs.
Storage and handling
Keep refrigerated at 0C to 4C and cook within a few days of purchase. This drumstick is supplied fresh, never frozen, so freeze it on the day it arrives if you're not using it straight away, then thaw fully in the fridge before cooking.
