Cooking Instructions

(Cook until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F))

Grilling

• Preheat grill to medium–high.

• Grill fillets for 5–7 minutes per side, until lightly charred and cooked through.

Pan-Frying

• Heat a little oil in a pan over medium–high heat.

• Cook for 6–8 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.

Oven-Baking

• Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C) / 400°F.

• Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway.

Air Fryer

• Preheat to 200°C.

• Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crisp outside and juicy inside.

Let rest for a few minutes before serving to keep the fillet moist.

Storage Information

• Refrigeration: Keep at 0–5°C and use by the “use by” date.
