Cooking Instructions

Stir-Fry

• Cook in a hot wok or skillet over medium–high heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring often, until fully cooked (75°C / 165°F).

Pan-Sear

• Heat a little oil in a pan over medium–high heat.

• Cook strips for 3–4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.

Oven-Bake

• Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C) / 400°F.

• Spread strips on a lined tray and bake for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway.

Air Fryer

• Preheat to 200°C.

• Cook in a single layer for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway.

Always ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

Serving Suggestions

• Salad topping: Toss over mixed greens with cucumber, tomatoes and a light dressing.

• Wraps & pitas: Fill with chicken strips, lettuce, onions and sauces (garlic, mayo, chilli or yoghurt).

Storage Information

• Refrigeration: Keep at 0–5°C and use by the “use by” date.

• Freezing: Suitable for freezing in airtight containers or bags; use within 3 months.

• Defrost: Thaw in the fridge overnight and cook thoroughly. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
