Storage Instructions:
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase, adhering to the 'use by' date for best quality. Once defrosted, use on the same day and avoid refreezing. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge for at least 12 hours. Keep refrigerated, and once opened, consume within 1 day.

Cooking Instructions:

Oven

• Temperature: 180°C (fan 160°C, gas mark 4)
• Instructions: Remove goat from packaging. Season flour with salt and pepper, and toss the diced pieces to coat, shaking off any excess. Heat a little oil in a pan, brown cubes for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a casserole dish. Add vegetables and stock, cover, and bake in the center of the oven for 2 hours until tender.

Microwave

• Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Tip: For enhanced flavor, add a stock cube to the casserole.
