Cooking Instructions

Always cook until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

Grill

• Preheat grill to medium–high.

• Grill fillets for 5–7 minutes per side, until nicely charred and cooked through.

Pan-Fry

• Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.

• Cook for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and juicy.

Oven-Bake

• Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C) / 400°F.

• Place fillets on a lined tray.

• Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.

Let rest for a few minutes before serving for maximum juiciness.

Storage Information

• Refrigeration: Keep at 0–5°C and use by the “use by” date.

• Freezing: Suitable for freezing in airtight containers or freezer bags; use within 3 months.
