Ingredients:

Sugar (94.5%), (Gelling Agent) Carrageenan (E-407), Adipic Acid (E-355), (Acidity Regulator) Potassium Citrate (E-332), Natural and Artificial Flavour and Permitted Food Colours Tartrazine (E-102) F.D. & C. Yellow No. 5 and Sunset Yellow (E-110) F.D & C. Yellow No. 6

How to Use?


1. Pour two cups (400 ml) water in a sauce pan. Bring it to boil.

2. Add the contents of packet. Stir until dissolved.

3. Pour into mould. Cool to room temperature to set without refrigerator (30-45 mins). Refrigerate if desired.

4. Loosen edges with knife and invert mould carefully over serving dish. Shake gently and remove jelly.
