Frozen burgers and sausages are dispatched frozen, in an insulated Woolcool wool box, on our own East London vans or by tracked DPD nationwide. Local vans run Monday to Saturday, 11:00 to 20:00, with a cutoff of 23:59 the night before. Nationwide DPD orders are dispatched the next working day and delivered the day after, Tuesday to Saturday. Move them into your freezer as soon as they arrive.

Beef mince comes in five fat levels from 5 percent Angus steak mince up to 30 percent, and the 20 to 25 percent level carries enough fat to hold a burger together on a grill.
