Yes, five kinds: fine table salt in a 750g drum, fine sea salt, coarse sea salt and rock salt in 350g, and So Low, the reduced sodium version. Table salt is for everyday cooking and brines, coarse sea salt and rock salt for grinders and for salting a steak before it hits the pan. For bulk cooking, the 1.5kg Enw cooking salt is the biggest bag we stock.

A reduced sodium salt: part of the sodium chloride is replaced with potassium chloride, so it seasons like table salt with less sodium per pinch. We stock LoSalt in the 350g drum and Saxa So Low, which works the same way. Use either as you would ordinary salt in cooking and at the table. Both sit with the other salts in the Spice Bazaar.

The Tate & Lyle range: granulated sugar in 1kg, caster sugar for baking, icing sugar in 500g or 1kg, dark soft brown sugar, unrefined demerara and Fairtrade white, brown and demerara cubes for the tea tray. Yes. Enw Himalayan pink salt comes fine or coarse in 750g bags, and the Greenfield pink shaker is a 500g table shaker. Nando's peri-peri salt is the 70g shaker for chips, chicken flat wings and anything off the grill. The rest of the dry range is under groceries.
