Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our certified Halal butcher cuts, chilled packaging, and delivery.

Is all British beef 100% non-stunned halal certified?

Yes. 100% of our beef is strictly non-stunned, slaughtered in accordance with traditional Halal Islamic rites, and fully certified by accredited UK Halal monitoring bodies.

How is the meat kept fresh during nationwide delivery?

We pack your order in sustainable 48-hour Woolcool thermal insulation with food-grade gel ice packs, maintaining strict refrigeration below 4°C right to your doorstep.

Can I freeze the beef once delivered?

Absolutely. Because our meat is cut fresh to order and never previously frozen, it is 100% suitable for home freezing on delivery day for up to 6 months.

Where is your British beef sourced?

We partner exclusively with accredited UK family farms where cattle graze freely on natural grass pastures for optimal marbling, tenderness, and rich flavor.
