From frozen, following the pack: an oven at 200C for 15 to 20 minutes turning once, or an air fryer at 190C for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden and piping hot in the middle. Popcorn chicken cooks fastest; goujons and tender strips take a few minutes longer than nuggets. Do not thaw first; the coating stays crisper from frozen.

Nuggets are small pieces of chicken in a batter, goujons are longer strips of breast in breadcrumbs, and tender strips such as the Sizzler hot and spicy strips are whole strips of breast in a seasoned coating. Popcorn chicken is the smallest, bite-sized pieces. All come in 1kg packs.
