Mixing 2 teaspoons of the rub with a little oil before rubbing it into a kilogram worth of chicken/meat. You may add honey or golden syrup to add a glaze. Then either pan fry , place in the oven or grill over a barbeque accordingly for that special delightful taste, yum!
