ChefShef's Instant Marinade Rub, Spicy Peri- Peri 90g
Mixing a Teaspoon of the rub to form a marinade with a little oil, then rub it onto the chicken/meat. You may add honey or golden syrup to add a glaze. Then either pan fry , place in the oven or grill over a barbeque accordingly for that special delightful taste, yum!
