What's in the 3-Joint Cut

This is the whole turkey wing kept in one piece: drumette, mid-joint flat and wing tip, all still connected, with the skin left on. The bone and skin help it hold together and stay moist during slow cooking, and the joints turn tender once braised or grilled.

No. A party or 2-joint wing usually drops the tip and keeps only the drumette and flat; this is the full 3-joint wing, tip included, sold Whole for the complete joint.

How Much Turkey Wing to Order
