Certified Halal marinated chicken wings, bone-in and ready to cook straight from the pack. Choose from in-house marinades such as Peri-Peri and Tandoori, in 1 KG or 2 KG bags for the grill, oven or curry pot. A versatile wing for sharing plates and spiced curries.
Flavours and pack sizes
These wings are marinated in-house, not sold plain, in Steak & Chop, Peri-Peri, Tandoori, Tika and Steak Dry Rub. Packs run 1 KG to 2 KG to match your crowd.
Whole wing or split wing?
A whole wing keeps drumette, flat and tip in one piece; a split wing separates the joints for faster, even cooking. These wings arrive marinated in-house in 1 KG or 2 KG packs, ready straight from the fridge.
How to cook marinated wings
Wings go straight from pack to pan or oven with no extra prep. For a curry, brown the pieces then simmer bone-in for 25-30 minutes until the meat pulls from the bone.
Butcher's tip: pat wings dry before high heat so the marinade crisps rather than steams.
Storing your wings
Keep the pack refrigerated and use by the date on the label. These wings freeze well in their original packaging — thaw fully in the fridge before cooking, rather than refreezing raw marinated meat.
Order the 1 KG pack for a smaller batch, or the 2 KG pack when cooking for a larger group or batch-freezing extra portions. Both packs arrive marinated and ready to cook straight from the fridge.

Bone-in wings suit a home-style chicken curry, simmered until the sauce clings and the meat pulls from the bone. The Tandoori and Tika marinades work well finished on high heat for a char-grilled tandoori-style plate, while Peri-Peri wings suit a spiced sharing board with flatbread.
Peri-Peri wings: grill straight from the pack until the skin chars and the marinade caramelises, turning once.
Tandoori wings: tray-roast, then finish under a hot grill so the edges blister.
Steak Dry Rub wings: roast a batch from the 2 KG pack and pile onto a board for sharing.
How many wings come in each pack?
Wings are sold by weight, not piece count, in 1 KG and 2 KG packs — because the wings vary in size, you get however many fit that weight rather than a fixed number.
How much should I order for a group?
The 1 KG pack works for a smaller batch, while 2 KG covers a bigger group or leaves extra to freeze.
Why does the piece count differ between packs of the same weight?
Because wings aren't a uniform size, two 1 KG packs can hold a slightly different number of pieces even though the total weight is the same.
How do I know I've ordered enough?
Weigh out roughly what you'd normally allow per person and match it against the 1 KG or 2 KG pack, since these wings are packed by weight rather than by the piece.
