Cooking Instructions

• Oven Cook from Chilled: Preheat oven to 200°C (Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 6).
• Remove all packaging and giblets. Place the duck on a rack in a deep roasting tin, prick the skin all over, and season as desired.
• Cooking Time: Roast for 40 minutes per kg, plus an additional 10 minutes.
• Resting Time: Allow the duck to rest for 10-20 minutes after roasting for best results.
