Mon Salwa Plain Frozen Parathas (20 Pieces)
Mon Salwa Plain Frozen Parathas are your go-to everyday flatbread – soft, flaky and properly satisfying, without any of the effort of kneading and rolling dough at home. Made from quality wheat flour, these parathas cook up golden on the outside and soft on the inside, giving you that comforting, homemade taste in just a few minutes.
Each pack comes with 20 parathas, ready to cook straight from the freezer, making them perfect for busy mornings, easy lunches and quick family dinners. They work with almost anything – from curries, daal and sabzi to fried eggs, kebabs, yoghurt, raita, pickles or even just a cup of chai. Use them as classic parathas, or as a base for wraps and rolls filled with chicken, kebabs or salad.
These parathas are made with wheat flour, water, vegetable oil, salt and permitted food additives. Because they contain wheat, they are not suitable for anyone with a wheat or gluten allergy. Always check the packaging for the latest ingredient and allergen details.
How to Cook (From Frozen):
-
Stovetop (Tava or Frying Pan):
Heat a pan over medium heat. Place a frozen paratha directly on the pan and cook for around 2–3 minutes on each side until it turns golden brown and is heated through. For extra flavour and softness, brush with a little butter or oil while cooking. -
Oven:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Arrange the frozen parathas on a baking tray and bake for about 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until they are crisp at the edges and warm all the way through.
Serving Ideas:
Pair them with your favourite curry, daal, stir-fried vegetables or grilled meats for a complete meal, or enjoy as a quick snack with chutney, raita or yoghurt and achaar. They also work brilliantly in lunchboxes and as wraps for on-the-go meals.
Storage:
Keep the parathas frozen until you’re ready to use them. Once opened, return any unused parathas straight to the freezer to maintain freshness. Do not refreeze if they have fully thawed.
Mon Salwa Plain Frozen Parathas make it easy to put warm, fresh-tasting bread on the table anytime – simple, versatile and loved by the whole family.
