Cook your chicken to perfection with our easy-to-follow Cooking Guide! Preheat your oven to 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 5 and calculate the cooking time at 45 minutes per kilo plus 20-30 minutes. Remove all packaging, place the chicken in a roasting tin, and loosely cover it with foil. Cook it in the centre of the preheated oven, removing the foil approximately 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Remember to check that the food is piping hot throughout before serving. To store, keep refrigerated between -2°C and +4°C and use immediately after opening. Do not exceed the use by date, and if the food has thawed, do not refreeze.
